Great location near Akihabara made it easy to explore the city. The 14th-floor views during the complimentary ramen and sake were fantastic! Breakfast had a solid selection, but I did notice the one elevator was broken, which caused some delays. Room size was decent, though the mini fridge was a bit too small to really be useful. Staff were courteous and attentive, particularly in helping with my travel plans and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Overall, love the vibe but some amenities could use tweaking.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff greeted us with smiles and were helpful throughout. The room had comfortable amenities like slippers and towels, and daily cleaning was a nice touch. Perfect location near the train station with lots of eateries—definitely explore the nearby Ameyoko shopping street!

Had an amazing 5-night stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with our bike requests. Location is fantastic—lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The breakfast was outstanding, served in a beautiful space each morning that felt like a treat.
